Job Title

• Days shift, 4 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift, guaranteed 35 hours

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Provide patient care to improve mobility and function
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Support patient education on exercises and therapies
• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Ability to work days and support patient needs during scheduled shifts
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or clinical settings
• Familiarity with rehabilitation best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
