Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care in the operating room environment, including scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgeries
• Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff to facilitate efficient and effective operations
• Adhere to all requirements for compliance and licensing standards, including documentation and certifications
• Float to various units within acuity areas as needed to support staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Delaware or Compact RN license in hand
• License number and expiration date provided
• Active certifications with expiration dates listed (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
• Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience with previous travel experience preferred
• Ability to scrub and circulate during surgeries (no exceptions)
• Full SSN, date of birth, and current address provided for compliance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse OR specialties and patient populations
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule with no block scheduling
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration in high-pressure environments
