Schedule / Job Type:
Days, Full-time, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment.
• Relay and adhere to all facility and organizational protocols during the shift.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment standards during assignments.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and valid physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting physical therapy treatment plans.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to start with a compact license but obtain permanent licensure immediately.
• Flexibility to work days with full shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in similar clinical settings.
• Knowledge of credentialing and documentation procedures.
