• Full-time, days, weekends included (4 to 9-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to patients under supervisor guidance to promote mobility and recovery.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment consistent with facility protocols.
• Support patient education and engagement during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical school certification; up to two years specialized training or equivalent college coursework.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Maryland or Delaware.
• Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
• Completion of 20 continuing education contact hours or 2.0 CEUs every two years.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
