Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory care to patients in an assigned area following prescribed procedures.
• Work under the direct supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
• Assist in supervising staff in the absence of a Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Required Qualifications
• AA or BS in Respiratory Therapy.
• Successfully completed the registry test administered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
• Valid licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Delaware.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
