Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical notes accurately.
• Support patient education and help with exercise implementation.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Proven experience assisting in physical therapy treatments.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
