Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring safety and well-being
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and communicate updates to the medical team
- Adhere to hospital policies and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
- CPR/BLS certification
- ICU experience preferred or required, depending on facility needs
- Ability to work 12-hour days in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a trauma or critical care setting
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
