Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary, 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Room environment
- Assist with patient assessment, planning, and implementation of care
- Collaborate with medical staff and ensure adherence to hospital protocols
- Document patient information accurately in Meditech system
- Handle emergencies and stabilize patients efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (no temporary licenses accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- At least 2+ years of specialty experience in emergency care
- Current certifications: NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Charge nurse experience or charge-capable skills
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech preferred
- Additional advanced clinical skills in emergency care
