Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-operative patients.
• Manage a caseload with an expectation of approximately 12-14 patient visits per day.
• Maintain productivity standards of 60 visits per week, including double-booking follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver customized patient care plans.
• Ensure all treatments are documented accurately and in compliance with facility protocols.
• Work with flexibility as needed, but float to other clinics is not required.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Must be within 50 miles of the facility for local rates.
• Prior experience with orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-op patient populations is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in outpatient clinics, particularly with orthopedic and sports-related cases.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Strong documentation skills and adherence to treatment protocols.
