Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shifts.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including holiday coverage requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
