• Days, Full-time, 8.5-hour shifts, 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Support patients in activities improving their functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy assistant license or certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience as an occupational therapy assistant in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and documentation procedures
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
