• Rotating shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a busy ER setting.
• Adhere to a strict schedule starting at 7:00 AM on Mondays with no exceptions.
• Float to Long Term Care or ICU departments as needed.
• Work a total of 80 hours every two weeks, including AM, PM, and overnight shifts.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an Emergency Department.
• Current and active nursing license.
• Ability to meet the mandatory start date without exceptions.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts including day, evening, and night.
• Willingness to float between departments as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in Long Term Care or ICU settings.
• Strong critical thinking and fast-paced decision-making skills.
