Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients based on individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop rehabilitation programs to improve daily functioning.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license for Occupational Therapy.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
