Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week contract, days shift (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday to Friday, with on-call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) department.
• Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI, peripheral procedures, pacemaker, and defibrillator implants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Follow unit policies, guidelines, and dress code (scrub color: Ceil blue).
• Maintain compliance with ACLS and BLS requirements; preferred candidates will also have RCIS certification.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support patient care during procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas or current state license eligible for transfers.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be current).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab or cardiovascular specialty.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RCIS certification.
• Procedures experience including cardiac catheterizations, PCI, pacemaker and defibrillator implants.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
