• Full-time, night shift (3x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry environment.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and perform IV starts.
• Conduct patient assessments and education.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and orders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry experience.
• Valid and current state or compact nursing license.
• BLS and IV certification required.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records.
• Ability to perform IV starts and general nursing duties.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working within a hospital setting in Ohio.
• Strong patient monitoring and medication administration skills.
• Experience with labs and patient education.

Travel & Compliance Notes

• Strict adherence to fingerprinting and credentialing deadlines is required; fingerprinting must be completed immediately after onboarding.
• Candidates outside Ohio or within driving distance are required to visit fingerprinting locations promptly.
• Candidates must submit references, including at least one from a leadership role.
• RTO (Request for Time Off) must be specified at submission and included in the contract.
• Locals are encouraged and accepted at the same rate.

• All candidates must provide two professional references; former employees can qualify if they have been away for 6+ months.

• MRI techs without Ohio license are eligible for submittal.
