Key Responsibilities
• Provide therapeutic support to a diverse student population, including verbal and non-verbal individuals.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student well-being.
• Complete in-person interviews and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to travel and compliance requirements, including fingerprinting at designated locations.

Required Qualifications
• Illinois School Social Work License (IL SW) and Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Ability to perform in-person interviews only.
• Must submit three professional references.
• Must complete fingerprinting prior to start at designated agency.
• Resume required for all educational submissions.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with student populations in educational settings.
• Familiarity with cognitive and verbal/non-verbal communication challenges.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance standards.
