Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist • Conduct patient assessments, record progress, and maintain accurate documentation • Assist with exercise programs, modalities, and equipment operations • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

Required Qualifications: • Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant studies or related field • Completion of a physical therapist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) • Current certification as a physical therapy assistant (PTA) in the state of California • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working with patients with orthopedic or neurological conditions • Knowledge of exercise programs and modalities such as electrical stimulation and heat therapy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
