Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care to diverse age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Manage telemetry and dysrhythmia monitoring, ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.
• Administer IV medications such as insulin and heparin following protocol.
• Monitor and manage cardiac and vasoactive drips, including titration.
• Perform wound care, including wound vac management, and oversee airway management using non-invasive methods like CPAP/BIPAP.
• Respond to rapid response team activations and utilize clinical protocols for emergency situations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.
• Proficiency in EPIC documentation and telemetry management.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in an emergency room environment.
• Knowledge of renal failure management and blood product administration.
• Ability to coordinate complex patient care plans in a fast-paced setting.
