Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Brookings, OR

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Day Shift, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Conduct assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions according to facility protocols.
• Support patients' functional independence during their recoveries.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent experience working in SNF or LTC environments.
• Ability to work day shifts and adapt to a scheduled workload of approximately 32 hours per week.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience covering maternity leave or short-term temporary assignments.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
