Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Crestview, FL

Schedule / Job Type: Days / Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and progress.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on therapy routines and strategies to support ongoing improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid State license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in speech-language pathology or related healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and clinical best practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations or special needs.
• Familiarity with therapy tools and assessment software.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
