Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location
• Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care within the Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Unit and Stepdown units
• Rotate between units and assist with float assignments as needed within the organization
• Cover rotating nights, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality nursing care

Required Qualifications
• Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio at the time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU/Med-Surg experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• BCLS certification required
• Must be able to pass Ohio fingerprinting compliance process before start

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in IMC, Stepdown, or PCU units
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and unit changes
• Experience working with patient ratios of approximately 1:4
