Key Responsibilities
- Provide acute dialysis services, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, at multiple facilities within North Texas.
- Float between facilities or be assigned to a primary hospital, assisting with patient care and coverage needs.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including night and weekend shifts, to ensure continuous patient support.
- Work scheduled productive shifts primarily between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with potential weekend and after-hours call shifts.
- Collaborate with hospital staff at selected facilities, maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Texas or active multi-state license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing acute dialysis care.
- Experience with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and call shifts.
- Willingness to float between multiple facilities if necessary.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in hospital or acute care environments.
- Strong adaptability and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patients and responsibilities efficiently.
