Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform advanced life support as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Current, valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association (must be completed within 6 months of hire).
• Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification (must be completed within 6 months of hire).
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) (must be completed within 6 months of hire).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in trauma or pediatric ICU settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
