Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Float across various pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and general PICU, as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient statuses, administer medications, and perform specialized procedures such as ECMO when qualified.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards during patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license for South Carolina or a Multi-State/Compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric ICU settings.
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association accepted).
• Ability to work flexible float assignments within scope of practice.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO and CRRT procedures is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in pediatric critical care, including NICU, CVPICU, or general PICU.
