Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a rural community hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with lab, respiratory therapists, and EMT technicians to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Support a compassionate and efficient environment, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Mexico or the ability to obtain one.
• Prior experience working in an emergency room setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to on-call responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in rural healthcare settings.
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency a plus.
