• Provide rehabilitative care to patients under supervision.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the clinical team.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of treatment areas.
• Support patient education and engagement during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in Illinois.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment.
