Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with departmental protocols.
- Safely operate and maintain nuclear imaging equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
- Collaborate with medical staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines related to radioactive materials.
Required Qualifications
- Valid or eligible state licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine imaging.
- Familiarity with nuclear medicine equipment and procedures.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
- Ability to provide excellent patient care and communication.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or large medical facility.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
