Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, following established clinical standards.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs during each shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient observations and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification is preferred.
- Previous experience working night shifts.
