- Full-time, days shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services to infant, child, and adolescent populations.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records.
- Comply with facility policies, including mandatory RTO and holiday scheduling.
- Float between multiple facilities within the state as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California State License as a Physical Therapist (no temporary licenses accepted).
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric therapy experience.
- Pediatric and infant population experience is an absolute requirement.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to commit to working holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day).
- Must be able to work a 5x8 schedule on weekdays.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in acute care hospital settings preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically Epic.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible floating schedule within the state.
