Night shifts, full-time, 3x12s (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, or Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including cardiac telemetry and other specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina nursing license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar setting; 2 years preferred.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required; ACLS and CPI preferred.
• Epic electronic health record experience required.
• Telemetry competency and previous charge nurse experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma or community hospital settings.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Previous charge nurse experience (preferred).
