Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and manage pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments and therapy sessions accurately.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure or license eligible as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient rehab settings.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
