• Support patient mobility, strengthening, and rehabilitation activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Float to different units as needed to support staffing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in assisted living or senior care environments.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and mobility aids.
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and settings.
