Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled care environment
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient assessments and treatment sessions accurately

Required Qualifications
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
