Full-time, 4 days per week, day shifts (10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology Department.
- Float between units as needed based on skill set and staffing needs.
- Respond to on-call requirements during weekdays and weekends.
- Assist with procedures requiring specialized cardiac cath lab experience.
- Follow facility protocols and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Document care accurately using Epic electronic health record system.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Oregon (pending acceptable).
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a cath lab setting.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Ability to work 10-hour day shifts and on-call as required.
- Reliable transportation and a vehicle for assignment.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a short-term acute care hospital.
- Comfort with floating to different units and facilities.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Additional Notes
- Must commit to working three of five major holidays.
- May be required to float to nearby facilities; refusal to float may impact employment.
- Candidates must provide two supervisory references covering at least 6 months within the past 3 years.
- Candidates should be prepared to work at multiple locations within the Portland area, including Seaside, with incentive pay for floating there.
- A vehicle is mandatory for this assignment.
