Full-time, 4 days per week, day shifts (10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology Department.
• Float between units as needed based on skill set and staffing needs.
• Respond to on-call requirements during weekdays and weekends.
• Assist with procedures requiring specialized cardiac cath lab experience.
• Follow facility protocols and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Document care accurately using Epic electronic health record system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Oregon (pending acceptable).
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a cath lab setting.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts and on-call as required.
• Reliable transportation and a vehicle for assignment.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a short-term acute care hospital.
• Comfort with floating to different units and facilities.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Additional Notes

• Must commit to working three of five major holidays.
• May be required to float to nearby facilities; refusal to float may impact employment.
• Candidates must provide two supervisory references covering at least 6 months within the past 3 years.
• Candidates should be prepared to work at multiple locations within the Portland area, including Seaside, with incentive pay for floating there.
• A vehicle is mandatory for this assignment.
