• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an Oncology department, including chemotherapy administration and stem cell transplants.
• Monitor and manage dysrhythmias, requiring interpretation and management skills.
• Float across units as needed within the hospital to support staffing demands.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC electronic charting system for documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including passing Relias EKG exams and maintaining required certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri or a compact license in the state of residence (in hand at time of submission).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; chemotherapy certification preferred.
• Ability to pass Relias EKG exam.
• Must have EPIC charting experience if required by the unit.
• Valid State License, including verification of license and compliance with state licensure requirements.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as per hospital policies.
• Valid SSN and DOB required at submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in oncology nursing, including chemotherapy administration and stem cell transplant procedures.
• Prior experience floating within a large hospital system.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols for float nurses in oncology settings.
