Key Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures across multiple modalities, including CT, in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries through imaging techniques under general supervision.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines and hospital policies to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited imaging technology program.
• Less than 1 year of professional experience.
• Valid state license as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) issued by the Texas Medical Board, or appropriate certification for advanced modalities like CT (ARRT-CT).
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with CT imaging modalities.
• Certification in additional imaging specialties such as MRI, Nuclear Medicine, or Ultrasound is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
