Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a patient caseload of approximately 13-15 patients per day.
• Work across two clinics within a one-hour drive, splitting time between locations.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient care, with an emphasis on an 80/20 inpatient/outpatient split.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate patient recovery and mobility.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Arizona.
• Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient therapy.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in multiple clinic settings.
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient schedule efficiently.
