Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures in the cath lab.
• Prepare patient rooms and equipment, and instruct patients before procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions during procedures and provide routine and emergency care as needed.
• Contribute to training and orientation of team members.
• Support daily, monthly, and quarterly quality control efforts through auditing and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Certification or registration in at least one of the following: RCIS, RCES, CEPS, CCDS, MRT, or ARRT-R.
• BLS and ACLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred; candidates with radiology tech or OR experience in a hospital setting will be considered.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with structural heart cases, vascular procedures, left heart catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions, or electrophysiology studies.
• Ability to work on call, including after hours, weekends, and holidays, with a response time within 30 minutes.
