• Maintain compliance with licensing and facility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and best practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
