Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel assignment
• Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to adult and geriatric populations on assigned units.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care in accordance with unit standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and compassion in interactions with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Maintain compliance with clinical practices, organizational policies, and safety protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergency and crisis situations, utilizing appropriate physical and clinical skills.

Required Qualifications
• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting
• Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols in clinical environments
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse patient population
