Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift (7:00 am – 7:00 pm), outpatient pediatric and neuro physical therapy

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, including evaluations and treatments for pediatric and neuro populations
• Supervise and develop support staff such as PT assistants (PTAs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional standards
• Manage time efficiently to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Ohio
• Pediatric therapy experience required
• Strong clinical, documentation, and patient management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to high professional and moral standards

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with neuro patient populations
• Prior supervision or mentorship of support staff
• Familiarity with outpatient pediatric therapy protocols
