Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit during night shifts.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and report any changes to the supervising physicians.
- Adhere to unit policies and safety protocols to ensure quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a similar unit (IMC/PCU/Stepdown).
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Strong clinical skills and patient care knowledge.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech electronic medical record system.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
