Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with facility and safety standards.
• Support patient comfort and education during therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Mexico.
• Current NM caregiving certification or account.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and treatment protocols.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
