Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve mobility and manage pain
- Support patient progress tracking and document treatment activities
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of New Mexico
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
