Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care within medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Ohio license or valid Compact State license.
• 18 months of recent PERMANENT experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Willingness to work at least every other holiday.
• Successful completion of background and drug screens in accordance with hospital policies.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Travel experience in similar acute care settings.
• Experience working with electronic medical records and hospital systems.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
