Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Assess communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of California.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Prior experience in speech therapy, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual patient needs.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
