Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital and department protocols, including Pass/Fail EKG exams.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records (EPIC).
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and emergency procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• EPIC EHR experience is mandatory.
• Ability to pass the required Pass/Fail EKG exam.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous charge nurse and Level 2 trauma experience.
• PALS, TNCC, CPI certifications are a plus.
• Flexibility to float to different hospital campuses within the health system.

• All travelers may be floated to any campus within the health system if needed.
