Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, inpatient acute care, days, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services across various patient care areas including medicine, surgery, orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, and oncology.
• Conduct assessments, documentation, patient and family education, and safety/injury prevention.
• Work within acute care settings, ensuring quality care and compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and support other therapy service lines as needed.
• Work one weekend per four-week period with a flexible start time, providing inpatient care on weekdays.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant acute care experience.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a variety of patient populations in an acute care hospital setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
