Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document patient progress.
• Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Respond to patient needs and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Support patients with respiratory, general medical-surgical diagnoses, psychiatric observations, and diabetic care.
• Assist with end-of-life, hospice, and palliative care as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to pass an EKG exam during onboarding (two attempts allowed).
• EPIC electronic health record experience.
• Education verified through a third party.
• No open cases on background check.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience caring for patients with surgical, respiratory, or diabetic conditions.
