- Travel, 13-week assignment, nights shift, working 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and adjust care plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with patients and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in travel nursing is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
